Before you start
- You'll need an Android phone. The iPhone version is coming later.
- Testers need to be 18 or over: the app is for coaches and parents, and children don't sign in.
- Please stay in the test for at least 14 days. Google needs that before the app can go on the store for everyone.
How to join
- Send us your Google account email
The one your Android phone uses for the Play Store, usually a Gmail address. We'll add you to the test and reply when you're in.
Email us your address - Join the test on your phone
Once we've added you, open this link on your phone, signed in with that same Google account, and tap Become a tester.
Join the test - Install The Bootroom The page then links to the app on Google Play. Tap Install and sign in with Google. If Play says the app isn't found, give it a few minutes and try again.
What to try
- Coaches: set up your team, add your squad and your regular training, add your next match, then pick the squad and score it on the day.
- Parents: connect to your child with the code from your coach, check what's coming up, and reply to availability.
- Use it for real if you can. A real week of training and a match tells us far more than a quick look.
Tell us what you think
Anything confusing, broken or missing, email coach@the-bootroom.com. A screenshot helps. You can also leave private feedback on the app's Play Store page; only we can see it.
Test versions can have rough edges, and we may reset test data while we fix things. The privacy policy covers the test too, and you can delete your account at any time.
